Must Sea Media is an independent format development company founded by Dan Blazer and Wannes Deleu — bringing together decades of experience creating original unscripted television for broadcasters and streamers worldwide.
Today, they focus exclusively on developing original television formats with strong local appeal and international potential.

Dan Blazer
Dan Blazer is co-founder of BlazHoffski and Hollands Licht Producties, later acquired by Warner Bros.
For more than 35 years, he has created, developed and produced television across entertainment, factual entertainment and documentary. He created the internationally successful format Hello Goodbye and developed productions for broadcasters and streamers in the Netherlands and abroad.
His work has been recognised with multiple national and international awards, including the Rose d’Or, Prix Europa, Gouden Kalf, Gouden Beeld and an International Emmy nomination.
Today, he focuses exclusively on developing original television formats with strong local appeal and international potential.
Wannes Deleu
Wannes Deleu is a Belgian format developer, creative producer and editor with extensive experience at broadcasters and production companies.
He co-created Finders Keepers and has developed and produced numerous entertainment, factual and documentary formats.
His work has received several international awards, including the Rose d’Or and the C21 Award for Best Comedy.
At Must Sea Media, Wannes focuses on developing original format ideas with distinctive mechanics for local audiences and international markets.
